Job Description:


As a Senior Business Execution Consultant within the Secure Network Service Management organization, you will:

• 
  Consult and Collaborate: Participate in and consult on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution. Work closely with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.


• 
  Analyze and Evaluate: Review and analyze Business Execution challenges, requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of these challenges by leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• 
  Support Change Management: Perform analysis, review data files, create reports, and support Change Management and Service Reliability functions. Ensure quality standards are met, relevant controls are followed and executed, and deficiencies are identified and addressed.


• 
  Documentation and Process Creation: Develop documentation, processes, and programs to maintain high-quality standards and compliance.

Required Skills:

• 
  Analysis and Evaluation: Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex Business Execution challenges.


• 
  Change Management: Experience in supporting Change Management processes.


• 
  Incident Management: Proficiency in Incident Management.


• 
  ITIL: Knowledge of ITIL practices.


• 
  Microsoft Office Products: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and other Office products.


• 
  ServiceNow: Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.


• 
  Network Security and Networking: Basic understanding of network security and networking concepts is beneficial.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.
