Location: Hayward, CA
Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $115,000.00 USD Annually

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated On-Site Project Manager to lead our manufacturing projects in the vibrant city of San Leandro! This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Provides guidance and support to the field service team during installation and start-up
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget constraints
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- BS Degree in Engineering Preferred
- 2+ years experience working in the manufacturing industry
- Great communications
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Able To Travel
- Must Be able To Work Onsite
