The role involves performing key administrative tasks related to mortgage processing, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of loan documents and third-party orders. The candidate will support the loan process by maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular data entry tasks and verify loan-related information for accuracy.
Initiate requests for third-party services such as title searches, appraisals, insurance certifications (hazard and flood), credit checks, and more.
Review and confirm the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Track and manage work queues, ensuring timely processing through necessary actions.
Work closely with team members and take on additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is required, with training provided, or relevant mortgage experience is also accepted.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
