We are currently searching for a Valuation Analyst to join our Transaction and Financial Advisory (TFA) practice as a critical part of our talented, highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high-profile engagements. Our Valuation professionals put into play a rare combination of specialized expertise and real-world experience emphasizing a business-minded approach to performing valuations.

• Aid in the development of valuation reports for financial reporting, tax compliance and advisory purposes
  
  


• Conduct valuations on equities, assets, and liabilities
  
  


• Develop values using income, market, and asset-based approaches
  
  


• Conduct valuations on complex financial instruments including embedded derivatives, contingent consideration, intangible assets, and interests in complex ownership structures.
  
  


• Aid in the perpetual enhancement of departmental processes and methodologies
  
  

• Ideally 2+ years' experience in a finance or consulting related field
  
  


• Bachelor's degree in finance or business-related field (Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics)
  
  


• CBV, ABV, CVA, CFA or ASA designation or candidacy a plus
  
  


• Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrate group presentation skills
  
  


• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  
  


• Excellent Excel proficiency and ability to develop and understand complex formulae
  
  


• Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects while working under tight deadlines when necessary
  
  


• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as within a team
