Job Description:


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Paid Social team members to develop direct response strategies for various country markets.


• Maintain regular, asynchronous communication with international market teams regarding project deliverables.


• Execute and optimize campaigns within native social ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, Pinterest).


• Monitor, pace, optimize, track, and report on daily campaigns.


• Identify opportunities for testing and improvements based on trends.


• Monitor dashboards and key reporting tools to assess channel effectiveness and respond to changes in CPA, ROI, LTV, and other metrics.


• Build and maintain relationships with third-party partners (tech partners, creative agencies).


• Work cross-functionally with creative, product marketing, and brand teams to meet acquisition goals and support initiatives from a Paid Social perspective.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.


• Minimum of 3 years of related performance marketing experience.


• Experience working cross-functionally and optimizing towards multiple KPIs.


• Strong analytical skills to drive performance marketing.


• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and campaign reporting.


• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.


• Passion for marketing and staying updated on industry and platform news.


• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.


• Strong oral and written communication skills.


• Energetic and willing attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SQL.


• Experience writing ad copy
