Summary: Processes invoices for HRI vendors for payments of purchases administered by the Materials Management Department; serves as a back-up for accounts payable relating to purchase orders; prepares payments for expenditures that are not processed through Materials Management; requests appropriate back-up and approvals from department in accordance with organization policies and procedures; generates checks for accounts payable transactions; performs travel reimbursements; oversees, reconciles and initiates actions to correct operating problems; verifies accuracy of all transactions; verifies compliance with standards and policies; performs accounts payable follow-up resolution and customer service; participates in the policies and procedures process; coordinates accounts payable team activities and priorities.


Salary range is $55,005-$68,805 annually and includes a comprehensive benefits package.




Qualifications:Required Education and Experience


1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time general bookkeeping experience; or
2. Associate's degree in Accounting, Business or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time general bookkeeping experience; or
3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time general bookkeeping experience.

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
