Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution. Collaborate with the Lead Retail Partner to ensure a collaborative work environment. Support the management in planning and executing in-store events, promotions, and other activities that enhance the Bike Masters brand. Perform other related duties as assigned, including cash handling, housekeeping, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.Qualifications: Prior experience in retail, preferably in a bicycle or sports retail environment.
