Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Project Manager to lead, plan, and oversee complex engineering projects from conception through completion. This role requires an individual with strong technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and project management expertise to deliver innovative solutions on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, to meet project goals and milestones. Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment on project objectives. Identify project risks, establish mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive resolution of issues to avoid project delays or cost overruns. Allocate and manage resources efficiently, balancing project demands with team capacity to ensure timely delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, leadership, and vendors. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and progress tracking. Oversee the technical quality of engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and client specifications. Monitor project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure financial performance aligns with forecasted goals. Maintain thorough project documentation, including progress reports, change requests, and post-project assessments.
