In this role, you will:


  • Builds an assertive, proactive, results-oriented team that is passionate about winning through teamwork. Identifies and hires top-tier talent; maximizes team member effectiveness by providing ongoing coaching and feedback; creates opportunities for growth and development


  • Lead & develop a team of Finishing Supply Planners, ensuring the team works in a fully aligned manner as part of the KCNA organization to aid the achievement of North America business objectives


  • Monitor and ensure regular reviews of target stock levels to maintain agreed lowest total supply chain costs.


  • Lead monthly S&OP process for finishing supplies with the intent to influence accuracy, minimize surprises to the planning process and improve ability to achieve flawless execution. Fully participate in the planning for major activities including new product launches, promotions and rollovers; process improvement, system enhancements; crisis management

  • Agility and adaptability; managing multiple problems/projects at the same time; managing day to day operational complexities


  • Cross functional Supply Chain experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain, Business, or related field


  • 3+ years of experience in Logistics and / or Operations for production sites or staff


  • A demonstrated personal credibility through strong communication skills, achieving results, and trusted relationships with others 


  • A demonstrated ability to provide work direction to a team, peers or others
