As the Senior Manager - Commercial Analytics Enablement, you are responsible for leading the enablement function within the Commercial Analytics and Product Management team. You will develop the tools, resources, and strategies necessary to support product teams in creating and delivering analytics products that align with business needs and objectives.

In this role, you will:


  • Lead the enablement of analytics product teams, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and guidance needed to succeed.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to train teams, intervene processes, and identify ways to embed analytic tools in commercial functions ways of working.


  • Mentor and coach product managers and other team members on need of commercial teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


  • Engage with senior leaders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product requirements for the Product Management team.


  • Facilitate trainings, working and brainstorming sessions, and 1:1 collaboration with users of commercial analytics tools.


  • Drive the adoption of new tools and techniques that improve the team's ability to deliver high-quality analytics products.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience in Analytics or Product Management roles, including implementation of new ways of working.


  • Additional industry experience in a consumer-oriented (CPG, retail) company in strategy development, finance, marketing, or other role with strategic content highly preferred.


  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams without direct reporting lines.


  • MBA or advance degree in Data Analytics.
