Job Description:

The HPE Partner Process Lead works across the Partner Experience and PRM Platform team as the Subject Matter Expert on Partner Process and tools, and is considered product owner for PRM ecosystem that contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas of the End to End channel process ecosystem linked to the PRM program transformation and strategy.

The HPE Partner Process Lead will:


  • Be the SME for Partner Process & Capabilities

  • Analyze processes and suggest/validate solutions while positioning it into the end to end ecosystem

  • Identify areas for improvement and drive enhancement on the existing processess

  • Coordinate with Partner Tools and Support representatives

  • Bring Experts together to address items aligned to transformation plan

  • Document gaps, pain points, and findings to support ongoing and future plan/recommendation development

  • Create and maintain the End to End partner process map and ensures regular checkpoints with key stakeholders and experts to analyze, review and enrich the process in line with key data analysis, survey results and other strategic directions

  • Proactively define and conduct intake process revision together with review committee of requests for changes in order to identify solutions, propose timeliness for execution

  • Collaborate with channel stakeholders, key SMEs and owners of channel tools and processes in order to sign off on solutions

  • Involved in Design, Testing and Move to Production Validation

  • Has regular forums with key SMEs in order to review changes

  • Collaborate with SFDC governance team in order to bring channel PRM change requests into review and embed in SFDC release planning

  • Provide guidance and help define support process for partner support teams as needed

  • Analyse market industry best practices in order to come with innovative solutions to existing processes

  • Coordinate with SMEs and ensure governance for process reviews is well defined and executed

  • Interlock with channel experience persona lead and other cross functional representatives for channel in order to keep alignment, get agreements and advance solutions


  • Develop recommendation from complex data and business analyses and formulates them into business plans.

  • Drive the construction of highly innovative statistical and financial models to analyze new aspects of business performance.

  • Establish the metrics required to measure business performance, and recommends the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps.

  • Lead highly complex, time- sensitive market research projects and identifies compelling trends and opportunities for business leaders.

  • Staff and manage cross- functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.

  • Drive all aspects of priority projects and makes final team decisions.

  • Develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities as partners with client business leaders.

  • Develop and drive comprehensive business plan recommendations, based on analysis, emerging trends, and experience.

  • Identify or develop cutting- edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.

  • Counsel business leaders, recommend approaches for executing high-level strategies and develop creative solutions

Education and Experience Required:

Typically 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience. Previous experience as process owner or subject matter expert on channel space is required

  • Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data, and make clear and compelling business planning recommendations.

USD Annual Salary: $111,000.00 - $255,500.00
