Job Description:

The Security Operations Manager, assigned to Pinkerton's enterprise clients, will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of account relationships, compliance standards, program metrics, and associated projects across the East region. The Manager conducts site visits, interacts with embedded Pinkerton personnel, and discusses potential risks and incidents with client stakeholders to determine appropriate mitigation solutions. This role defines key strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of the program and strengthen client relationships. This position can be based anywhere (remote) within the Washington, D.C. area.

Essential Functions:


  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Proactively assist in the management of the individual client relationships at each site.
  3. Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with account leadership and client stakeholders.
  4. Develop, implement, and maintain internal account management tools and complete related tasks/functions in a timely manner.
  5. Conduct virtual and in-person visits to client sites and prepare post-site visit reports.
  6. Identify non-compliance issues and implement corrective action to ensure service delivery standards are meet and/or exceeded.
  7. Analyze site and client specific KPIs and SLAs to determine areas of improvement.
  8. Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen overall client relationships and enhance program effectiveness.
  9. Partner with Global Security Advisor (GSA) to identify training sources for specified region where specialized or additional training may be required regarding licensing or client requirements.
  10. Partner with the GSA and Pinkerton's Learning and Development team to develop training resources.
  11. Share applicable KPIs with site personnel and develop post orders, as needed.
  12. Assist in month-end reporting and other internal or external requirements.
  13. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Salary & Benefits Information:
Rate of pay: $95000 - $100000 / year.
