Job Description:
Merchants Bank has an opening for a Real Estate Analyst. This position could work from any of our Merchants Bank branch locations in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
The emphasis of this position is to develop, manage, and triage the daily third-party appraisal ordering and evaluation process for Consumer and Commercial/Ag loan types. Also will provide follow-up and support for lenders and customers on various types of real estate valuations. Reviews real estate appraisal for moderately complex valuations and/or performs internal valuations.
2-3 years of specific real estate valuation experience or 5 years of bank processing experience required. Must have excellent problem solving skills, be well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain follow through.
