Job Description:

The stylish Cable 55 Restaurant located in the chic Parc 55 Hotel in downtown San Francisco is looking for an energetic, customer-focused server. Apply today and come join the Hilton team!

Wage: Probationary Rate: $18.07 per hour, Full Rate (91st Day): $23.10 per hour

Schedule: union position, open availability for AM and PM shifts required, typical shifts 6a-2p or 4p-12a

What will I be doing?

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is always well-stocked

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred, and ability to obtain Food Safe and RBS certification within 60 days of job offer required.
