Calculated Hire is in search of a Business Execution Consultant III for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager to lead the pilot implementation of a collateral management tool, designed to streamline the aggregation and analysis of financial and property-related data. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to drive the project forward, ensure timely delivery, and guide the pilot to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Pilot Execution: Manage the end-to-end delivery of the collateral tool pilot, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing its impact for underwriters and other key users.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business teams, coordinate meetings, track progress, and provide regular status updates. Collect and refine business requirements to ensure proper alignment.
  • Drive Project Delivery: Take ownership of the project, coordinating resources, setting clear objectives, and ensuring timelines are met while navigating challenges.
  • Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of the collateral tool, understanding its features and how it simplifies data aggregation and analysis in the underwriting process.
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular project updates, documenting key metrics, status changes, and any risks or issues. Maintain transparency with stakeholders throughout the process.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in product delivery or similar roles, with a strong track record of driving pilot programs to successful outcomes.
  • Experience with financial tools or similar applications, particularly within the underwriting or property sectors, is a plus.
  • Strong ability to engage with business stakeholders, set clear goals, and lead teams through challenges, especially in data-heavy environments.
  • Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of coordinating teams and driving progress toward measurable results.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the project's success.
