Job Overview: The Director, Clinical Operations will lead the clinical trial operations for their immunology program across all phases (I-III), ensuring successful collaboration and team management.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Lead clinical trial execution for a key immunology project, ensuring it meets deadlines, budget, and quality metrics.
Manage project plans, including protocols, budgets, timelines, enrollment, and risk management.
Collaborate with internal teams to align clinical trial goals and progress.
Provide strategic operational input for Clinical Development Plans within the program.
Oversee CRO and vendor performance, ensuring contract fidelity and high-quality standards.
Primary Job Requirements:
MA/MS in in health sciences with 10+ years clinical operations experience in pharma or biotech sectors.
Experienced in team leadership and personnel development.
Experience in IBD, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Respiratory or any autoimmune disease ideal
Knowledgeable in global clinical research regulations like US CRF, EU CTD, and ICH GCP.
Capable of juggling multiple tasks and adapting to dynamic environments with strong problem-solving skills.
