Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HYBRID Administrative Assistant II for a long term contract position that could extend in Santa Clarita area. This is for a Medical Equipment Manufacturing Company with an excellent reputation.

Responsibilities
  • Register meetings through Cvent and create websites.
  • Reconcile budget with Global meetings management.
  • Internal show budget reconciliation.
  • Payments to vendors.
  • Meeting card reconciliation.
  • Maintain conference calendar.
  • Maintain teams folders.
  • Submit commercial sponsorship request and track payments.
  • Maintenance of tracking conference spreadsheet.

Qualifications:
  • High School degree required.
  • Previous Administration Assistant experience is a must.
  • Must have strong Excel and Microsoft skills

Schedule: Required onsite 3 days a week
