LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HYBRID Administrative Assistant II for a long term contract position that could extend in Santa Clarita area. This is for a Medical Equipment Manufacturing Company with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities
Register meetings through Cvent and create websites.
Reconcile budget with Global meetings management.
Internal show budget reconciliation.
Payments to vendors.
Meeting card reconciliation.
Maintain conference calendar.
Maintain teams folders.
Submit commercial sponsorship request and track payments.
Maintenance of tracking conference spreadsheet.
Qualifications:
High School degree required.
Previous Administration Assistant experience is a must.
Must have strong Excel and Microsoft skills
Schedule: Required onsite 3 days a week
