We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civil Engineer or Land Development Manager for a position with a regional homebuilder. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on multiple large-scale new home developments and will be responsible for project management starting with land acquisition through due diligence. This will include managing third party engineering and design partners, attending zoning and permitting meetings with municipalities, tracking land purchasing processes, and more.
We are seeking an individual with strong project management skills who is familiar with the processes involved in residential land development from beginning to end! Our client offers a highly competitive salary with excellent benefits and a substantial car/truck allowance.
Some office work will be required but you will also have plenty of opportunities to work from home. Attendance at planning meetings will be required. All projects are within the tricountry region so very limited (if any) travel is required.
Candidates with experience in civil site development / civil engineering will have a high likelihood of success quickly. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred but not required.
