With minimal supervision, create integrated master schedules using information from in house stakeholders, and contractor supplied schedules in P6
Coordinating the responsible party's work throughout engineering and regulatory phase.
Monitor key milestones and deliverables.
Evaluate schedule progress and trends and provide improvement recommendations to Project Management team.
Review and approve contractor baselines and schedule updates.
Update schedules weekly, perform analysis, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Facilitate periodic schedule meetings when requested by the Project Manager.
Prepare and issue a periodic status and critical item reports to Project Management that highlight significant program issues and potential delays to project milestones.
Evaluate and report on the Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI), and project Earned Value (EV).
Investigate all deviations from established cost and schedule baselines, apprise and make recommendations to management concerning corrective actions or workarounds required to meet project objectives.
Maintain the project's schedule and cost change logs. Facilitate the timely processing and implementations.
Maintain the project variance log.
Understand the project and contractor scope and evaluate the submitted contractor's schedule, cost and progress cost information.
Work with field engineers and periodically visit project sites to verify progress reported by contractors.

REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in the integration of multiple contractor schedules. Including best practices on the import and export of the contractor provided schedules.
Have prior Experience in schedule-based claim analysis.
Have prior experience in change order management.
Hands-on detailed scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6
Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate the ability to implementation best practices in schedule and cost management.
Ensure timely and collaborative communication with client, including formal reporting and informal influencing.
