I'm currently partnered with a global industrial & sustainability technology company who are looking to recruit a Lead Power Electronics Engineer to join them in their Sidney, OH location.
The Lead Power Electronics Engineer will be responsible for supporting the development of variable speed drive product platforms for manufacturing which will include driving profit and growth. They will also need to coordinate develop designs for manufacturing guidelines and tester requirements and collaborating with internal teams to launch new products.
Key skills & experience:
10+ years experience operating in a Power Electronics Engineer - HVACR experience is the preference but can consider candidates with other backgrounds
Strong hands-on background but with the ability to provide support to more junior team members and act as an SME within the organization
PCB board layout design concept and electronics assembly manufacturing experience
Strong knowledge of firmware, electronics hardware, manufacturing processes and engineering changes
This role will be working onsite in Sydney, OH and the company are willing to support relocation if not in commutable distance.
