Position Details:
The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of full-stack Gen AI applications leveraging Python, PostgreSQL, RAG, and LLM's for system development; while also displaying a fundamental understanding of security-minded development, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud Infrastructure, and AI/ML systems.
More specifically this Full Stack Developer (Or Data Engineer with strong Python) that we are seeking is highly skilled in implementing state-of-the-art Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and utilizing NVDA and open-source technologies.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the RAG pipeline, including data retrieval, document indexing, query processing, and response generation. Responsibilities will include designing and optimizing the data retrieval process, ensuring efficient document indexing, and enhancing the accuracy of query processing and response generation. Additionally, expertise in NVDA (NVIDIA) technologies such as CUDA, TensorRT, and GPU acceleration will be crucial in optimizing our machine learning models and enhancing the overall performance of our applications. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of both backend and frontend development, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
This position will report directly to the CTO and will help drive strategies and next-gen technologies from idea through to reality. The successful candidate will be a strong technical leader who drives success through mentorship and has a passion for standards, budget, and quality.

You will be responsible for:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining applications
Understanding business goals and how they influence system design

You should have: • Experience with Python. • Experience with SQL, relational and non-relational database concepts, and databases / memory stores like Postgres (inside Google Cloud SQL), Redis, and Oracle • Understands CUDA, TensorRT, GPU acceleration or similar frameworks/methods • A very strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design • Pride in your work and an attention to detail • The ability to bridge the gap between non-technical explanations and technical implementations • Experience with build and deployment tools like GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • JIRA and Confluence experience • Understands Epic and Story format • Works within Scrum or SAFe® processes • Stronger Candidates will have: Nvidia RAG and open-source Gen AI technologies and self-published open source contributions
