Key Responsibilities:
Lead HVAC installations with precision and expertise, backed by at least 5 years of experience.
Utilize 5+ years of hands-on experience with commercial and industrial boilers and burners.
Master the operation and troubleshooting of heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Apply advanced refrigeration skills to service, maintain, and repair diverse systems.
Manage tasks independently with minimal supervision, maintaining a high standard of work.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clarity and satisfaction in all interactions.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in refrigeration service, maintenance, and repair.
EPA Certification and a valid Massachusetts refrigeration license are mandatory.
Valid driver's license required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
