An industrial manufacturing company in the Little Rock, AR area is seeking an experienced Quality Director to join its facility. The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing the entire Quality Assurance function at the site - primarily the boots-on-the-ground implementation of quality programs and procedures. Our client is targeting a passionate, dedicated leader who is committed to driving forward process improvement.
The Role:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to meet customer specifications and ensure first-rate product quality and reliability.
Lead process improvement initiatives by defining and analyzing metrics, identifying root causes, and ensuring swift corrective actions.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams.
Lead a high-performing quality team, developing collaboration across departments and with senior leadership.
Engage directly with customers to resolve quality issues and integrate their feedback into continuous improvement efforts.
The Candidate:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
6+ years of experience in Quality Management.
SAP software experience preferred.
Proven ability to implement a QMS at a large manufacturing facility.
Strong communication skills, and ability to engage with employees at all levels.
