Job Description:
Job Duties:
- To set up and establish plastic injection molding tooling and process parameters to ensure products meet customer expectations.
- Hang and Set up Injection Molds and run all new tooling and engineering sampling requirements for plastic injection molded components.
- Improve existing processes to meet or exceed cycle time standards.
- Be available on an on call basis for processing problems.
- Experience with lock-out/tag-out procedures.
- Must have the ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability and experience to work in Tooling to help with Mold PM's and Repairs.
- Also works closely with the Shift Foremen and daily issues on the Production Floor.
- AM Work the hours of 7:00am to 7:00pm on a 2-2-3 schedule
- PM Work the hours of 7:00pm to 7:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule
Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- process technician: 3 years (Preferred)
