Manage Special Projects: Oversee schedules for HOA, amenities, and other community features.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's in Business or related field preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
Permitting Pro: Strong understanding of municipal permitting processes and HOA requirements.
Plan Whisperer: Ability to interpret land development and construction plans with ease.
