This position is the main point of contact between customers and Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage quality control program.
Support team during dealer issues investigation
Contribute with proper information and proposal for improvement
Manage dealer issues and KPIs
Review customer complaint list, manage customer expectation and problem resolution.
Lead cross functional team investigation and problem resolution
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Associate's degree with 12+ years' experience.
Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years' experience.
Master's degree with 8+ years' experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Quality core tools experience (8D, PPAP, 5 Whys).
Internal Audit experience.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.
Team player and detail oriented.
Expert leadership and mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
