Job Title: Java Technical Lead
Key Responsibilities:
The Java Technical Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining frontend software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and align with the company's vision and goals.
Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
Provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams.
Stay up to date with the latest software engineering trends and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
12-15+ Years of experience with the last few years as a Lead Developer.
Utilize Angular and Java to create software solutions.
Should have experience in AWS cloud platform services (Fargate, Serverless solutions, Lambda, ECS, ECR, EC2, S3, SNS, SQS, etc.)
Develop and code Microservices to connect applications with backend systems.
Implement best practices for cloud-native development, including CI/CD pipelines.
Should have extensive experience in Springboot, Open-Source RDBMS and Postgres databases
Optimize and maintain existing serverless applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Should have experience in REST/SOAP APIs development and experience building integrations.
Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes.
Desired Qualifications:
Nice to have Banking / Financial industry experience.
Location: Wilmington - DE / Mclean - VA (Hybrid Role; 3 days in a week needs to work from Office)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $82,000 - $142,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
