1) Cold Commissioning • Contractor will declare Offshore pre-commissioning Works are completed upon application and approval of the Turbine Clearance Certificate (TCC). The TCC shall be accompanied by relevant documents agreed with the Employer for the purpose to verify that the conditions to energize the WTG are met. • Employer shall issue Safety Rules Clearance Certificate (SRCC). This document approves the transition phase from Construction (not charged and therefore DEAD) to the Commissioning phase (LIVE) and is now deemed to be under the control of Electrical and Mechanical Safety Rules and where appropriate may be energized from that time forward. • WTG Commissioning Quality Dossiers
2) Hot Commissioning:
The completion of the Hot Commissioning will be done upon issuance of a Commissioning Completion Certificate (CCC) by the client. This CCC will be issued by the client when the Hot Commissioning works are completed and include as a minimum the following: • Confirmation that vibration levels are acceptable and within values specified by the client • At least one manual stop per WTG shall be carried out when the WTG is generating, and the manual stop shall be recorded by the SCADA • Demonstration of satisfactory operation of the over-speed function and trips shall be recorded by the SCADA. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contractor will not run the WTG in over-speed conditions • Demonstration of the satisfactory operation of the yaw drive and brakes; and • Checks on the conditions of all meteorological components including real time consistency check on all measurements
