Primary Responsibilities Include
Own the development of all construction project schedules and hold Superintendents accountable for following project schedules
Responsible for the procurement of subcontractors and developing scopes of work for assigned construction projects
Own the management of project costs through project management platform and invoicing by developing a relationship with accounting
Desired Skills And Experience
Bachelor's Degree (Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, and/or business preferred)
3+ years of experience in managing multifamily projects from ground-up
Ability to understand the technical aspects of construction
