We are looking for Support Specialist who can do WIN/MAC support along with application support for a client in Long Beach, CA.
Ideal candidate will have the ability to utilize a ticketing system (the client uses ServiceNow and Jira) to track issues and find solutions for the company users.
They will be troubleshooting both Windows and MAC systems. This Support Specialist will be asked to provide engineering application support, troubleshooting/installation of AutoCAD and NX.
Must be able to provide excellent customer service and be reliable. This role is a contract to hire after 3+ months. This is a 100% onsite role with no overtime or remote work.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $30/hour to $30/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
