Position: Software Engineering Manager

Position Overview:
The software engineering manager will co-manage multiple scrum teams and help to lead the teams to the company's goals. Their staff will focus on building out features on the application that supports the business and their customers.
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
Managing resources effectively to ensure timelines and milestones are being hit
Guiding and supporting team members. Fostering a collaborative environment.
Enforcing best practices in code reviews and running in an agile environment
Supporting the professional growth of the team.
Facilitate the communication and collaboration between the various development teams, stakeholders, cross functional teams etc
Contribute to the technical discussions to ensure the project/feature is heading in the right direction

Requirements:
Looking for Manager level - able to lead and manage a team, strong communication, etc.
10+ years experience in .NET full stack development
Frontend experience: Vue or Angular or React (they use Vue but open to other languages)
