Job Title: Infrastructure/Network Engineer
Job Type: Contract
Location: Hybrid onsite in Juno Beach, Florida
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage day-to-day IT infrastructure including hardware, software, network, and server administration.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure problems, plan infrastructure updates and improvements.
- Ensure efficient system operations to provide maximum performance and availability for their users.
- Work with other IT personnel to strategize and implement new infrastructure to meet business requirements.
- Create complex drawings to outline infrastructure of application architecture.
- Perform troubleshooting, system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery.
- Document and maintain software, hardware, and network inventory.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Infrastructure Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with databases, firewalls, networks (LAN, WAN), Cisco Networking, and patch management.
- Experience working with Cloud platforms such as Azure
- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure trends and technologies.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods.
- Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
- BS degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field.
- Experience utilizing Visio for Infrastructure drawings/architectures
