Key Responsibilities:
Improving funnel conversion of the company application process, working closely with the Product organization to identify opportunities to improve product usability and to drive aggregate adoption/compliance across our Property Manager clients.
Optimize monetization in-funnel, leveraging analytics, marketing, and product skills to find the right product for the appropriate audience segments. New products and current product optimization. Work with best-in-class martech tools and data infrastructure to test, learn, fail, and win quickly.
Work closely with the Director of Data Activation to grow the business on the aforementioned projects along with net new initiatives, ranging from complex predictive data models to disruptive technological services that the long-term rental industry is currently lacking and needing.
