We're looking for a senior-level Network Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and support of our data center, networks, and systems. You'll solve complex issues, enhance performance, and provide technical guidance. This role is key in shaping the technical direction of our infrastructure.
This is a hybrid job (3 days onsite).
Applicants need to currently live in the U.S. There is no sponsorship or C2C available.
What you will do:
Design and implement new applications and system enhancements.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems and networks.
Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
Establish and retain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
Recommend infrastructure solutions aligned with business goals.
Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues.
What you will need:
3 to 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure.
Hybrid cloud experience (Azure preferred).
VOIP experience is preferred.
Background in enterprise storage solutions.
History working with geographically disparate, multi-site WAN.
Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and networking (Meraki & Cisco).
Experience with firewalls, backup solutions (Cohesity), and automation tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
