The Sr. Network Engineer's role is to architect, monitor, troubleshoot, implement, and support network and VoIP infrastructure and operations. This individual is solely responsible for the network infrastructure of the organization, working closely with Systems and Infrastructure teams, participates in the design and implementation of core technical projects, and may lead the development and implementation of specific projects or platforms.

Licensure And/or Certification Requirements
IT Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or other network certifications are required.
Minimum Education
BS in computer science or related field preferred or a proven combination of education and/or experience.
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of 10+ years in network administration/security.
Minimum of 5+ years in VOIP/ telecom.
Strong grasp of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
Experience in system/network security.
Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, implementation, and support of networks and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
Other Requirements
In-depth knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS).
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Strong understanding of firewall and security technologies.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools major plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to provide technical expertise to team members in order to meet organizational goals and target.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Ability to define and make recommendations to resolve problems within the scope of the job.
Ability to handle varied tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
