We are looking for a Lead Developer with a strong background in server architecture and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in redesigning and rebuilding server infrastructures to support scalable and efficient application environments. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the technical strategy for our server architecture and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Redesign & Rebuild Server Architecture:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and reliable server architectures.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing server infrastructures, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
Develop and implement strategies for migrating legacy systems to modern architectures.
CI/CD Pipeline Management:
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployment processes.
Automate deployment processes and integrate testing frameworks to ensure high-quality releases.
Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to streamline build and release workflows.
Application Integration:
Manage and integrate multiple applications within the server architecture to ensure seamless operation and interoperability.
Identify and resolve integration issues, optimizing communication between various systems.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Facilitate regular team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address performance issues.
Analyze system performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize server and application performance.
Documentation & Reporting:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for server architecture, deployment processes, and integration points.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role, with a focus on server architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong proficiency in server technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools and frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Travis CI).
Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
Demonstrated experience in integrating and managing multiple applications within a complex infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
