Job Description:
- Installs and maintains applications, systems, services or associated infrastructures on-premises and in cloud.
- Analyzes and defines business requirements to determine specifications and standards; proposes and develops solutions.
- Deploys and oversees implementation and integration of web-based applications, ensuring that appropriate information security standards are met.
- Maintains reports, logs, or other records of security audits. Monitors system uptime and performance, troubleshooting and resolving errors.
- Stays informed of emerging cloud technologies and evaluates their value to the organization's operations.
- Requires experience with one or more cloud computing platforms.
- May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
- Performs work under minimal supervision.
- Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
- Relevant programming knowledge. Software design. Software documentation. Software debugging. Analytic skills. Problem-solving skills. Detail oriented.

Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira, Bamboo, confluence and Bitbucket.

Hands-on experience with Autosys application administration support.

Knowledge of Unix environment and the ability to write basic shell scripts for process automation.

Experience with patching and keeping the environment up to date.

Troubleshooting skills to resolve issues effectively.

Creating and maintaining dashboards and filters for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Bachelor's Degree Required. 6 to 8 years of experience
Azure Administrator:
- Azure Administrators manage and maintain Azure resources and services.
- Tasks include provisioning and configuring virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.
- Handle cost management and usage optimization.
- Cloud Computing Knowledge: Understanding cloud concepts and working with cloud-based services.
- Microsoft Azure Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of computing, storage, networking, security, databases, and analytics.
- Scripting and Programming: Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and languages like C# for automating tasks and developing Azure solutions.
- DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps principles, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Security and Compliance: Awareness of best security practices and compliance standards to safeguard cloud environments and data.
Must have an experience in:
- Job Scheduling platform (Autosys)
- Support Monitoring platform (OpsRamp)
- Support and maintain Atlassian CICD Toolset
