LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Systems and Storage Engineer to set-up, configure, operate, and maintain hardware, software, and essential infrastructure in our Scottsdale, AZ office.
***This is a M-F on-site position in Scottsdale, AZ**
Responsibilities:
Set up, configure, and manage server environments and storage systems such as SAN, NAS, and cloud-based solutions.
Ensure the smooth functioning and performance of the IT infrastructure, including network systems and data storage.
Maintain system security by following best practices, including applying updates and security patches regularly.
Provide support by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other hardware.
Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and ensure backups and disaster recovery systems are in place and effective.
Requirements:
5+ years of storage AND system admin experience
Experience maintaining virtualized environments using VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies
Experience with network security including setup and administration of VPN's, firewalls, and antivirus/malware
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Certifications (MCSE, CCNP, VCP, NCDA) preferred
Compensation
