Core Responsibilities & Duties
5+ years of experience working with IT Service Management tools.
Experience with the customization and development of ITSM (ServiceNow, Cherwell, Remedy) applications, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
Support coding, unit testing, and integrating new features into the ITSM platform.
Help configure and set up the ITSM instance, write custom scripts, and automate environment deployment and validation tasks.
Configure the development instance, ensuring data and code separation between environments with Scoped Applications and Application Data Protection.
Assist in implementing core modules such as transaction processing and reporting, utilizing Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
Contribute to building custom applications using Server side scripting (specifically PowerShell, VBScript, etc.)
Assist in resolving issues identified during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and optimize code based on performance feedback.
Support final deployment efforts, ensuring the production instance is fully configured and functioning correctly.
Participate in new feature development, bug resolution, and enhancement of existing modules within the platform.
Experience with ASP.net and SharePoint.
Preferred Experience Adobe AEM forms design and customization, and integration of AEM forms into an ITSM package.

ASP.NET (language used in Cherwell)
.NET (needed to create ETL applications)
SharePoint (Embedding forms into SharePoint pages)
Experience Adobe AEM forms design and customization, and integration of AEM forms into an ITSM package
Server side scripting (specifically VBScript, PowerShell etc.)
This person had scripting experience w/ Glide Class
