Location : Remote & Onsite Twice A week ( Vienna, VA )
Responsibilities • Support overall portfolio management processes within the APMO • Assist in the analysis, discovery and reporting of project portfolios • Collaborate with business, cross-functional teams to ensure portfolio alignment with strategic objectives • Manage intake process, portfolio data and portfolio workflows • Conduct intake analysis for new efforts and initiatives • Facilitate forums related to intake management and intake analysis with requestors, governance and solution leads • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate problems, opportunities, business value and alignment with strategic goals • Develop Lean Business Cases based on intake analysis and discovery • Assist in prioritization of efforts based on LPM frameworks • Manage and report portfolio metrics related to intake management
Required Skills
• Proficiency in product and portfolio analysis
• Experience with Agile tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) for portfolio management, metrics, dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively to various stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and product management practices
• Knowledge and experience in Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
Desired Skills
• Knowledge of SAFe Scaled Agile
• Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) certification
