Technical Systems Analyst II
Length: 3 months with possible extension into 2025
Service will typically be provided during normal business hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays and Shutdowns. However, some work may be required to be performed before or after these hours.
Support Research Benchtop Team with the following:
Assist with moving computers, monitors and set up to new building location.
Image Windows 10 based laboratory systems using pre-defined lab image.
Physically inventory laboratory computers and reconcile with laboratory inventory system
Support software installation and updates
Printer configuration and maintenance
Requires lifting computer equipment up to 40 lbs. May occasionally gown up to go to the lab. 5 days a week on site.
Required Skillsets:
Excellent communication, customer relations and problem-solving.
Ability to work autonomously with follow-through to completion and documentation
Organizational skills sufficient to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities
PC/Laptop Hardware maintenance
Software/Hardware troubleshooting
Ability to lift 40lbs

Powershell Experience
SCCM Experience

Networking skills - TCP/IP, Windows Domains, Network configurations

Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $40.00/Hr. - USD $47.00/Hr. and is an Exempt role.
Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on the circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
