Job Description:

Summary: The Dynamics 365 CRM Developer/Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Dynamics 365 CRM system. This role involves customizing the CRM platform to meet business needs, integrating it with other systems, and providing technical support. They will collaborate closely with individuals at all levels of the organization on training, user enablement, support requests, security administration, and requirements gathering related to Wausau Supply's CRM and call center software.

Duties to include, (but not limited to):
  • Design and Development: Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM, including creating forms, workflows, views, dashboards, and reports.
  • Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using RESTful APIs, Azure services, and data integration tools.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and workflows.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 CRM system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Upgrades and Enhancements: Participate in application upgrades and execute post-install activities. Provide occasional after-hours support on an as-needed basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

A Dynamics 365 CRM Developer/Analyst will possess and/or demonstrate the ability to:
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Create detailed requirement documentation for enhancement requests.
  • Independently manage time, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 3 years of related experience.
  • Experience with process documentation and requirements gathering.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, HTML, and ASP.NET.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
  • Strong SQL skills for database management.
  • Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Common Data Service (CDS).
  • Knowledge of data integration tools.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MB-400 (Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer) or MB-230 (Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Working Demands / Physical Requirements:
  • General office conditions with continuous sitting with heavy computer usage
  • Make observations in a live production and distribution environment
  • Occasional short-term out-of-town travel for projects or educational purposes
