eNGINE is seeking a Software Support Specialist for a role in the sports technology space. This individual will be tasked with supporting mobile applications and identify potential solutions raised by clients or end users. This person will need flexibility to work onsite and on weekends. 1+ years of experience is needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and address issues reported by clients or end-users, and propose solutions.
  • Create and manage monitoring systems that focus on symptoms rather than just detecting outages
  • Ensure daily that all content and information in our client's apps is current, verifying stats and other details on game days.
  • Perform daily testing of apps and features to ensure everything operates correctly.
