Executive Assistant

On-Site: Culver City

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and help the executives maximize their time and productivity. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and prioritize urgent matters.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing research, data collection, and other support as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, as well as internal team communications.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience with complex calendar Management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing calendars, travel arrangements, and executive communications.
