**Previous real estate experience is required, preferably in Commercial Real Estate**
Duties:
Provide full cycle administrative support to a team of busy brokers to include calendar management, mail/shipping/delivery oversight, email correspondence, etc.
Schedule, coordinate, and attend meetings; take detailed notes and distribute
Arrange conference calls; act as gatekeeper in person and via incoming calls; respond and react accordingly
Coordinate and manage marketing and research requests
Order and coordinate installation of property signage
Update and distribute leasing reports
Assemble and organize property research data
Support with marketing, social media, and website initiatives to include updating and keeping current various sites including LinkedIn, etc.
Prepare leases, presentations, and other real estate documents
Handle office managerial duties to include errands (Costco), office supply management, facilities and building management partnership, etc.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent highly preferred
Previous real estate experience is required to support multiple real estate brokers
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; tech and software savvy
Superior written and verbal communication skills
