We at Forrest Solutions are hiring now for a major law firm in Washington DC. The right candidate will play a key role in our document management team. Your primary responsibilities include preparing and processing documents for scanning, performing high-volume batch printing, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), data entry, and ensuring quality control throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform copy and imaging services including electronic endorsement, converting PDF to Native and Native to PDF or TIFF formats
Prepare documents by removing staples, binder clips, and inserting slip sheets as needed
Conduct quality control checks on all scanned output, including images, files, and blowbacks
Utilize high-volume scanning tools, including I-Pro Copy Plus, to manage large document sets
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in corporate or legal environments, with a focus on high-volume scanning
Proficiency with copy/reprographics equipment and familiarity with document preparation and scanning protocols
Skills and Qualities:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various departments and senior leadership
Dependable, adaptable, and able to handle frequently changing assignments
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to integrity
A customer service mindset is essential to meet and exceed client expectations
