Our Client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to join the Commercial Loan Servicing team for an initial 6-month contract role with potential to convert to a full time employee of the bank. This role involves reviewing loan documentation for accuracy, ensuring systematic data entry, and managing and booking commercial loan renewals and modifications. The ideal candidate will have a background in lending, be a quick learner, and thrive in an environment with virtual meetings and trainings.
Key Responsibilities:
Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure all parts of loan agreements are correctly entered into the system.
Manage commercial loan renewals and modifications.
Handle high volumes of loan booking tasks (80-90 per day).
Track GL entries for loan bookings and fee collection
Perform quality control checks on loan servicing processes/entries.
Participate in remote meetings and training sessions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in lending (servicing, booking, or both).
Experience with consumer, commercial, or both types of loans.
Proficiency in CRM systems and lending system knowledge.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word and Excel).
Ability to track GL entries and production metrics.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Quick learner and self-starter who can manage tasks independently.
Excels with remote meetings and training.

Experience with Appian or similar workflow management tools.
