As we grow, we are seeking a dedicated Client Success Executive to join our team, ensuring a high-quality experience for our clients throughout their relationship with ValidiFI.
What you'll be working on
The Client Success Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients from onboarding through to ongoing account management. The focus will be on ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns, and maximizing the value clients get from our services. This is a hands-on role, requiring regular interaction with clients to provide support and ensure they are fully leveraging the ValidiFI platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration with ValidiFI's Omni Platform.
Work with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor the onboarding process accordingly.
Ongoing Client Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Proactively reach out to clients to ensure they are fully utilizing the platform and are satisfied with the services provided.
Identify and escalate any technical issues or client concerns to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Relationship Management:
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on retention and the ongoing success of their engagement with ValidiFI.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide insights on additional features or services that could benefit them.
Act as an advocate for the client within ValidiFI, ensuring that client feedback is communicated to the product and technical teams.
Reporting and Insights:
Monitor and report on client engagement, usage of the platform, and overall satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and provide suggestions for optimizing client success processes.
What you bring to the role
2-4 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related field, preferably within fintech or similar environments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a Think Customer mindset.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with technology platforms and an understanding of APIs or data integrations is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
