Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Alpharetta, GA.

Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing the deliverables and implementing them into an organized project plan. You will develop the detailed work packages, schedules, budgets, identifying the necessary resources and provides regular updates and communications to client.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Manager will facilitate joint planning with the client in the early stages of project formation


• Determine organizational and financial feasibility of the project, including the completion of the business case as appropriate


• Manages project scope/requirements changes, multiple and competing demands and priorities determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk using appropriate fact-based metrics/assumptions


• Recommend best solutions to upper management based on understanding of business issues


• As a Project Manager, you will promote innovative or improved methods to get the work done and implements best practices


• Resolve issues and conflicts, remove barriers, and resolve minor project issues; Act as escalation point for potential conflicts between direction and project constraints

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience


• 7+ years of experience managing several projects simultaneously


• Experience managing Agile projects, running agile ceremonies and coaching Scrum teams on Agile framework


• Responsibility Level: Exercises independent judgment with little or no supervision; Has full accountability, including people leadership, directing work efforts and finding timely solutions to technical problems and people management issues

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
