The Sr. Manager of Performance Management owns the governance, industry benchmarking, and integration pillar on the Supply Chain Operational Excellence team, which includes 3 other pillars: Analytics, Network Strategy, and Productivity. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure Supply Chain becomes a competitive advantage for the growth of the business & category leadership by driving top line revenue growth, expanding margin, generating cash flow efficiency through implementing leading supply chain benchmarking, goal setting, and governance. This role is accountable for the Objective and Key Result (OKR) framework, in which supply chain objectives are tied to top-level corporate financial objectives and reviewed monthly to steer senior leadership toward unified strategic initiatives focused on balancing tradeoffs between service, cost, and inventory. This requires the ability to influence cross functional senior leadership to buy into a common cause and align on strategic resource prioritization. Additionally, this this role is accountable for the development of end-to-end supply chain governance including building and directing a Governance Committee of approximately 5 supply chain professionals who elect to participate in Supply Chain internal audits to assess compliance and gain hands-on cross functional development.




Ways you will make a difference





  • Perform benchmarking analyses to recommend short- and long-term supply chain objectives to senior leadership.
  • Design Supply Chain Objective Scorecard to be shared with total supply chain org, focused on tying supply chain initiatives to corporate financial targets.
  • Own the Monthly OKR Meeting. Prepare and present operational and financial analyses to Supply Chain Senior Leadership to influence top level decision making and resource allocation.
  • Influence cross functional subject matter experts to document Supply Chain Policies to include industry best practices within Ferrara's unique ways of working.
  • Direct a Governance Committee consisting of varying volunteer team members tasked with measuring compliance to documented policies.
  • Conduct internal assessments of supply chain capabilities, develop, and execute corrective action plans where needed to close identified gaps to best in class ways of working.
  • Support integration projects for recently acquired companies and manage integration project manager.




Skills that will make you successful





  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles with a focus on balancing tradeoffs to optimize service and cost effectiveness.
  • Financial acumen required to understand the P&L and translate results, objectives, and scenario models to all levels of supply chain personnel.
  • Ability to measure legal and financial risk throughout the supply chain, and to develop and execute risk mitigation plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience conducting industry research to understand best in class ways of working, and to translate them into Ferrara's supply chain model.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop project charters and lead cross functional projects to completion on time and within budget.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical work into conclusions and recommended actions for the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships across all functions while fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Demonstrated success working in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence all levels of the organization including Senior Leadership.




Experiences that will support your success





  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Business, or similar field required.
  • 5+ years in Supply Chain, including multiple roles and participation in cross functional programs focused on delivering direct P&L impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and processes and to present findings to senior leadership in concise, understandable fashion.
  • Proven track record of tangible impact to top/bottom line.
